Dabei handelt es sich um unsere Erdungsbandanlage. Ein Erdungsband, Erdband, Banderder oder auch Bandstahl ist ein Element von Erdungsanlagen. Es erdet und schützt ein Gebäude sowie die darin befindlichen Geräte vor Blitzeinschlägen und Überspannungsschäden. Die Anlage gehört zu der Gruppe der Weiterverarbeitungsanlagen und kann Material in einer Stärke von 3,50 mm aufnehmen.
An der Maschine werden Ringe einschichtig gewickelt und die Kante des Materials mittels Arrondierrollen zu einer walzarrondierten oder rollarrondierten Kante je nach Kundenwunsch versehen. Mit der automatischen Anlage für Zwischenlageholzzuführung wird das Endprodukt effizient und sicher und ohne Beschädigung der Kantenfläche auf die notwendige Verpackungspalette gestapelt.

This is our earthing strap system. An earthing strap is an element of earthing systems. It grounds and protects a building and the equipment inside it from lightning strikes and overvoltage damage. The system belongs to the group of processing systems and can accommodate material with a thickness of 3.50 mm.
Rings are wound in a single layer on the machine and the edge of the material is rounded by means of rounding rollers to form a flat-rounded or roll-rounded edge, depending on the customer’s requirements. The end product is stacked efficiently and safely onto the required packaging pallet without damaging the edge surface using the automatic system for interlayer timber feeding.
