Pusher-System der Roboter
Von der Konstruktion bis zum fertigen Bauteil
In der Konstruktion erstellen wir mit einem CAD-Programm zuerst 3D Modelle der Einzelteile, die anschließend zu einer Baugruppe zusammengefügt werden. Wenn im 3D Modell alles passt, werden Einzelteilzeichnungen erstellt, damit die Bauteile passgenau angefertigt werden können. Außerdem wird eine Zusammenbauzeichnung erstellt, damit die Monteure wissen, wo die Bauteile verbaut werden.
Die Bauteile, die wir uns angeschaut haben, sind Frästeile. Aus den Daten, die von der Konstruktion erstellt wurden, wird ein Bearbeitungsprogramm für die Fräse abgeleitet. Das Rohmaterial wird auf der Fräse eingespannt und dann entsprechend bearbeitet.
Beide Bauteile sind Bestandteil eines Greifers. Der Motoradapter dient dazu, dass der Motor montiert werden kann. An der Deckplatte werden weitere Bauteile wie z.B. der Pusher montiert.

From design to the finished component
In our design department, we begin by creating 3D models of the individual components using CAD software. These models are then combined into a complete unit. When everything aligns correctly in the 3D model, individual part drawings are created to ensure that the components can be manufactured with precision. Additionally, an assembly drawing is created so that the technicians know where to install the components.
The components we reviewed are milling parts. From the data created by the design team, a machining program for the milling machine is derived. The raw material is secured on the milling machine and then processed accordingly.
Both components are part of a magnetic gripper system. The motor adapter allows the motor to be mounted. Additional components, such as the pusher, are mounted on the cover plate.
