Unsere Packenwicklung in Aktion
Sicher erinnert ihr euch noch an zwei Beiträge die wir euch unter dem Thema „Länge läuft“ vorstellen durften. Dort haben wir euch beispielhaft die Vorteile einer Packenwicklung näher gebracht und zum besseren Verständnis ein paar Bilder dieses Sonderproduktes gezeigt.
Bilder sind toll, aber in Bewegung ist das noch interessanter. Darum möchten wir euch, unsere Produktion in bewegter Form zeigen. Zu sehen ist der Weg von einem Vorspaltband hin zur fertigen Packenwicklung. So wie hier können wir bis zu 24 Spulen gleichzeitig, in einem Prozess, herstellen!

Oscillated Coils
Do you remember the two articles we presented you under the heading „Length runs“? There we gave you an example of the advantages of oscillated coils and showed you a few pictures of this special product for a better understanding.
Pictures are great, but they are even more interesting in motion. That’s why we want to show you our production in action. You can see the path from a pre-slit strip to the finished coils. Just like here, we can produce up to 24 coils at the same time in one process!
