Das Pusher-System unserer Roboter
So gelangen die Werkzeuge vom Roboter an die Spaltanlage:
Die Werkzeuge im Roboter werden von den Portalen an das Drehkreuz platziert und anschließend vom Pusher in die korrekte Position gebracht. Das Drehkreuz selbst bewegt sich auf Schienen zwischen Spaltanlage und Roboter, sodass die Werkzeuge sicher an ihren Platz gelangen.
Es ist übrigens möglich, einen Roboter für zwei Anlagen arbeiten zu lassen. Kontaktiert uns gerne für mehr Informationen.

This is how the tools get from the robot to the slitting line:
The tools in the robot are placed on the gantries at the turnstile and then moved into the correct position by the pusher. The turnstile itself moves on rails between the slitting line and the robot so that the tools are safely placed in position.
