Hallo zusammen, wir sind die Verwaltung.
Wir kümmern uns um die Pflege der Datenbank, die Verwaltung von Dokumenten, die Koordination von Terminen und Meetings, die Planung von Dienstreisen, Events, usw.
Kurz gesagt: Wir sind das organisatorische Rückgrat der Glave Gruppe und sorgen dafür, dass alles reibungslos läuft. Jede Kollegin in unserer Abteilung bringt ihre individuellen Stärken und Fähigkeiten ein, um gemeinsam die bestmöglichen Ergebnisse zu erzielen.
Bei uns gibt es eine Besonderheit: Die Abteilung ist an zwei Standorten untergebracht, bei der Verwaltung NB (Standort Drechslerstraße) und der Verwaltung von NLT (Standort Seilerstraße). Damit wir immer auf dem aktuellsten Kenntnisstand bleiben, findet bei uns alle paar Monate ein Abteilungswechsel statt. Dabei tauschen immer zwei Kolleginnen den jeweiligen Standort.

Hello everyone, we are the administration team.
We take care of maintaining the database, managing documents, coordinating appointments and meetings, planning business trips, events, etc.
In short, we are the organizational part of the Glave Group, ensuring that everything runs smoothly. Each colleague in our department contributes their individual strengths and skills to achieve the best possible results together.
Our special feature is, that our department is located at two different locations. We are responsible for the administration of the Norder Band AG and of the NLT Automation GmbH. To ensure that we always stay up to date, there is a departmental rotation every few months. This means that two colleagues switch locations.
