Ausbildung – das Fundament für eine gesicherte Zukunft
Langfristig qualifizierte Fachkräfte – ein wichtiger Faktor dafür ist die klassische Ausbildung. Betriebe können nahe am eigenen Bedarf ausbilden und sich so die benötigte Fachkraft formen. Damit gelingt es, die Nachwuchskräfte gleich zu Beginn an die eigene Branche heranzuführen. Eine konkrete Perspektive sorgt dafür, dass sie auch im Unternehmen bleiben.
Das System funktioniert: Ca. 30% unserer Belegschaft sind von uns ausgebildete Fachkräfte, die heute allesamt wichtige Positionen einnehmen. Sie spielen bei der Weiterentwicklung unseres Unternehmens eine essentielle Rolle.
Darum ist es für uns selbstverständlich, auf eine qualifizierte Ausbildung zu setzen. Für den gewerblich technischen Bereich bilden wir zur Zeit Industriemechaniker sowie Elektroniker für Betriebstechnik aus. Sie sind direkt am Bau unserer Roboter und Anlagen beteiligt. Für das Konstruieren von Bauteilen ist der technische Produktdesigner verantwortlich. Unsere kaufmännischen Azubis lernen alle Bereiche durch regelmäßige Abteilungswechsel innerhalb der Glave Gruppe kennen.

Long-term qualified professionals – an important factor for this is the traditional education. Companies can educate close to their own needs and thus train the skilled workers they need. This succeeds in introducing young talents to their own industry right from the start. An ongoing perspective ensures that they stay with the company.
The system works: Around 30% of our employees are professionals trained by us, all of them holding important positions today. They play a significant role in the further development of our company.
That is why it is natural for us to continue to focus on qualified education. We educate industrial mechanics and electronic technicians for industrial engineering. They are directly involved in the construction of our robots and systems. The technical product designer is responsible for designing components. Our administrative apprentices get to know all areas by regularly changing departments within the Glave Group.
